To eat well, eat without haste, don't eat in a hurry

According to a study conducted by the Laiko General Hospital in Athens, eating slow hormones that help control hunger and increase the feeling of satiety.

On the contrary, when eating fast, these hormones are not released and you feel the need to ingest more food and you run the risk of gaining weight.
On the other hand, the stomach takes about 20 minutes to send the signal to the brain that it is full, so that by eating slowly you have the possibility to stop when you are adequately satisfied - not full - avoiding overeating food and Unpleasant feeling of heaviness.
